How to submit your request

1. Open the WomanCare Facebook Page using the button below.
2. Send the exact phrase “Delete my data.”
3. Clinic staff will review the request and may ask for limited information needed to match it safely.
4. PrimeScan Clinics will remove eligible records under its control and confirm completion, or explain any lawful exception.

Scope of the request

This process applies to information controlled by PrimeScan Clinics through the WomanCare Messenger service. To manage or delete information held independently by Facebook, Telegram, or another platform, use that platform's privacy controls.

Records that must be retained for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or security reasons may be excluded where permitted by law. If that happens, clinic staff will explain the applicable limitation.

For privacy questions or corrections, message the WomanCare Facebook Page and begin your message with “Privacy request.”
